Expedited delivery is available on select products for an additional fee, per product. Shipments with expedited delivery must be delivered to a physical address; no P.O. Boxes.
Most orders are delivered by the USPS. Some products, such as heavier Gear items, are shipped via Ground delivery and require a physical address. You will be prompted for a physical address when necessary.

Yes, Vouchers do expire the year after they are selected. The expiration date of each Voucher is dependent upon the quarter in which it was selected. For example, a Voucher selected March through May will expire on March 30th of the following year. Be sure to make note of the expiration date when you receive your Voucher.
Vouchers can only be redeemed on an MKConnections order, by phone or web. When placing an order by phone, please tell your representative you have a Voucher to redeem. If placing an order online, enter the Voucher number at the Payment Page. Hit “Apply” and confirm your order total has been reduced before submitting your order. Vouchers cannot be applied to an order after it has been submitted.
Each Voucher has a unique identification number and can only be redeemed once for full value. Partial redemption is not allowed and the Voucher is not returnable or refundable for cash. The value of the Voucher will be applied to the total amount of the order, including tax and any shipping or handling and may require additional payment. Multiple Vouchers may be redeemed on the same order, at full value.

The checks are personalized with your contact information, and anyone receiving the check can easily contact you about your Mary Kay business. Please note that MKChecks are available for U.S. bank accounts only. First-time orders require additional information for security purposes.
You may print your name, your Mary Kay approved title, and contact information only (i.e. address, phone numbers, email, and/or personal website). Non-Mary Kay organization names, professional titles, and unapproved special messages are prohibited.
The Mary Kay image is very important to every member of the Mary Kay sales force. Every MKConnections® business card style is designed to project the Mary Kay image that is so respected in the marketplace.
A business card is often the first point of contact a potential customer or team member has with Mary Kay. It’s critical that this first impression is a favorable one. Business cards printed by unlicensed print shops may not always properly reproduce the Mary Kay® logo.

First time photo orders must be placed on mkconnections.com. Reorders, with no photo or product change, may be placed by phone. We cannot accept photo prints, disks, or electronic media.
Photo Upload Requirements
If you are experiencing difficulty uploading your photo to the MKConnections website, it may be for one or more of the following reasons:
You should use a professional headshot photograph. All Mary Kay Inc© photographers allow for reproduction of their photography for the purpose of use on the MK photo card. The possibility of copyright infringement requires that you warrant you have the right to reproduce any other photograph. If you are not sure you have the right, contact the photographer who took the picture. If you do not have a professionally taken photograph, you may submit a personal photo which portrays you as the center focus in a professional, business appropriate setting. Be sure the photo has good resolution, lighting, and contrast. Avoid photos that are out of focus or hazy, dark, or overly cropped. MKConnections will not touch up or manipulate photos in any way. MKConnections reserves the right to reject orders submitted with unprofessional and/or poor quality photos.
When placing a photo product order, you are able to crop and position your photo within the photo window. This preview is a representation for positioning only and is not representative of the final print product.
Internet and email security protocols have become stricter and host email providers, such as Google, AOL, Yahoo and others, mistake the Company's forwarding system for spam email. As a result, many emails addressed to @marykay.com are not being reliably delivered. Depending on the Independent Beauty Consultants' email provider, we believe that only 40 to 60 percent of all emails currently sent to @marykay.com email addresses are delivered to their personal email accounts. The Company has decided to discontinue the @marykay.com email address option for Independent Beauty Consultants. You will not be able to use your @marykay.com email address after Oct. 15.
We recommend using a professionally appropriate personal email address that does not include Mary Kay trademarks. A good example of a professionally appropriate email address is FirstNameLastName@EmailProvider.
