Please review your items upon receipt and contact us immediately with any concerns. We believe in our products and back them up with a 30 Day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Business gear products (Rolling Totes, Show n Go, Insulated Color Carrier System, etc.) are backed with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. No returns or refunds after 1 year of purchase. Gear and apparel products may require return before a replacement, exchange, or refund is issued.

So you can receive your order as quickly as possible, many products go into production immediately after they are submitted and may not be eligible for change or cancellation.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days, from date of order, for your order to arrive. We do our very best to produce and ship products as quickly as possible. Some items may ship together.

Expedited delivery is available on select products for an additional fee, per product. Shipments with expedited delivery must be delivered to a physical address; no P.O. Boxes.

  • 2nd Day Delivery: $8.99 — Please allow 4 to 7 business days, from date of order, for your product to arrive.
  • Overnight Delivery: $15.99 — Please allow 3 to 6 business days, from date of order, for your product to arrive.

Most orders are delivered by the USPS. Some products, such as heavier Gear items, are shipped via Ground delivery and require a physical address. You will be prompted for a physical address when necessary.

MKConnections® Vouchers

MKConnections® Vouchers are one of many fabulous Star Consultant prizes to select from. They are available in $25, $40, and $100 values, and are redeemable only at MKConnections®.

How to Select Voucher Prizes

As a Star Consultant, you may select MKConnections® Vouchers from the Star Consultant Program site via InTouch or the Star Consultant Program App.

Click here to log in and select a Voucher from InTouch.

From the App:

  • Log in to the Star Consultant Program App
  • From the menu in the top left corner, select Product Categories
  • Scroll to the bottom and select Other Rewards
  • Select MKConnections Vouchers
  • You are then able to add vouchers to the cart based on your available points

Yes, Vouchers are only valid for 1 year. Be sure to make note of the expiration date when you receive your voucher.

Vouchers can only be redeemed on an MKConnections® order, by phone or web. When placing an order by phone, please tell your representative you have a Voucher to redeem. If placing an order online, enter the Voucher number at the Payment Page. Hit “Apply” and confirm your order total has been reduced before submitting your order. Vouchers cannot be applied to an order after it has been submitted.

Each Voucher has a unique identification number and can only be redeemed once for full value. Partial redemption is not allowed and the Voucher is not returnable or refundable for cash. The value of the Voucher will be applied to the total amount of the order, including tax and any shipping or handling and may require additional payment. Multiple Vouchers may be redeemed on the same order, at full value.

Product Information

First time QR Code Business Card orders must be placed on Reorders with no image change may be placed by phone. We cannot accept electronic media.

To place your QR Code Business Card order online, upload your saved Mary Kay provided QR code on the image upload page after selecting the QR Code business card or kit product on

To download your Mary Kay provided QR code from the Mary Kay ® App locate yourself in the app then tap “Share” below your profile photo. You will be given the option to download your code on the next screen. Your QR code will be saved to your photos.

If you prefer to have your photo on your business cards, select the Consultant or Director Photo product options. QR Code Business Card orders submitted with photos will be cancelled and you will be contacted to submit a QR Code for the QR Code business card or a photo for photo business cards.

To maintain the quality of your MKConnections® garments, please follow these general care guidelines for all apparel items:

  • Machine wash cold, on delicate cycle, with garment inside out.
  • Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
  • To dry, lay flat or hang.
  • Ironing not recommended, especially on products with ink print and/or rhinestones.
    • Low iron may be suitable for some apparel.

Each time you write an MKCheck, with the Mary Kay logo, you promote your Mary Kay business to everyone who handles it. The checks are personalized with your contact information, and anyone receiving the check can easily contact you about your Mary Kay business. Please note that MKChecks are available for U.S. bank accounts only. First-time orders require additional information for security purposes.

You may print your name, your Mary Kay approved title, and contact information only (i.e. address, phone numbers, email, and/or personal website). Non-Mary Kay organization names, professional titles, and unapproved special messages are prohibited.

The Mary Kay image is very important to every member of the Mary Kay sales force. Every MKConnections® business card style is designed to project the Mary Kay image that is so respected in the marketplace.

A business card is often the first point of contact a potential customer or team member has with Mary Kay. It’s critical that this first impression is a favorable one. Business cards printed by unlicensed print shops may not always properly reproduce the Mary Kay® logo.

MKConnections® products are priced competitively, are exclusively designed to positively represent the Mary Kay image, and are backed by a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee.

First time photo orders must be placed on Reorders, with no photo or product change, may be placed by phone. We cannot accept photo prints, disks, or electronic media.

Photo Upload Requirements

  • Photo files must be in one of the following formats to upload: JPG (.jpg), BMP (.bmp), or TIFF (.tif)
  • Photo file size cannot exceed 4 MB
  • Photo width must be between 265 and 4,064 pixels. Photo height must be between 450 and 2,704 pixels.

If you are experiencing difficulty uploading your photo to the MKConnections® website, it may be for one or more of the following reasons:

  1. File format is incorrect. See above.
  2. File size is too large or photo pixel height and/or width may not fit the appropriate ranges. See above.
  3. Personal firewall software is preventing you from viewing the product preview.
  4. Your internet connection has failed.
  5. You are using a mobile device to order. Photo product order is not mobile optimized at this time.

You should use a professional headshot photograph. All Mary Kay Inc© photographers allow for reproduction of their photography for the purpose of use on the MK photo card. The possibility of copyright infringement requires that you warrant you have the right to reproduce any other photograph. If you are not sure you have the right, contact the photographer who took the picture. If you do not have a professionally taken photograph, you may submit a personal photo which portrays you as the center focus in a professional, business appropriate setting. Be sure the photo has good resolution, lighting, and contrast. Avoid photos that are out of focus or hazy, dark, or overly cropped. MKConnections® will not touch up or manipulate photos in any way. MKConnections® reserves the right to reject orders submitted with unprofessional and/or poor quality photos.

When placing a photo product order, you are able to crop and position your photo within the photo window. This preview is a representation for positioning only and is not representative of the final print product.
